Very pleasant and polite. Arrived on time, spent time to lay flooring protection from front door to fireplace. Explained what and how the sweep would proceed and got on with it. Issued an electronic certificate prior to departure. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience with Nick who was beyond professional, clean and tidy operation and was very knowledgeable on our stove. A thorough job was done and we will welcome him back next year.

Nick did an excellent job for us (log burner dismantled, cleaned, checked and reassembled, and chimney swept plus checked with camera) and the service provided was really thorough and professional. He was very knowledgeable and we shall certainly continue to use his company.
