Gym is excellent and the facilities are in good condition. Parking can be a bit tricky. As far as I'm aware though this is the only 24 hour gym in Scunthorpe though and that's a massive bonus.

The gym is open 24 hours 7 days a week, and is manned by helpful and pleasant staff. The rates for membership are flexible and competitively priced, they have a lot of equipment so no waiting to use the machines the 24 hour open policy will suite a lot of people on shift work.
