Thankyou so much for this morning's session. It has given me a lot to think about. I feel much more settled deep inside which is a surprise because I didn't realise there was so much trauma rooted within me. You are a truly gifted person. This is the start of my new journey. Words cannot sum up the gratitude I feel.
