Steve was fantastic at helping me diagnose and get on top of my knee issue. a thorough assessment with clear concise exercises to follow afterwards. as long as you follow his advice i am sure he will get you back on track. thanks steve!!
Steve is brilliant & very knowledgable. he took the time to understand issues with my back & shoulder pain and provided a routine to follow, to strengthen the problem area. 6 weeks later and this has completely cleared the pain & gave me the confidence to get back to exercising! would definitely recommend!
