I rang the office to report a problem and spoke to a lovely lady. within an hour, aaron called to my department to repair my photocopier.. very pleasant chap. he quickly found the problem with it, ordered parts and was very helpful indeed..i would thoroughly recommend them.
We have a few infinity copiers at my place of work. the engineers that come out to sort out any issues we have have always been lovely and very efficient. they keep us informed of what's going on or what happened to cause the issue as well …
