Im loving sacred space yoga new tai chi classes Sunday 12.45 and thursday 5.30 .jo the teacher is so good encouraging fun and realy knows her stuff .I also love the mon 10 am chair flow class that has a mixture of yoga and qi gong and strengthening exercises .it's such a lovely space in a central weaton spot .so glad I've found it
