Brilliant service from Bay Town Car Services. As soon as we walked into the car park at Newcastle Airport, our driver was pulling in to collect us. Cases loaded and unpacked to our door. We will definitely be booking with Bay Town Car Services for our next trip later in the year!

Fantastic, Tommy was a Gem, met me at Newcastle airport and had a great chat back down to Teesside. I left my headphones in the back of the car which he sent back to his troubles. Will definitely use again for any transfers to and from Newcastle. Thanks again Tommy.

Wonderful experience with Tommy. I recently needed an airport transfer, which went impeccably. Then, after a flight cancellation, I needed a last-minute pickup at an airport further afield. Tommy was brilliant start-to-finish. Very professional but super friendly and talkative. I'll be coming back!
