Great sports centre, the classes are always fun, the instructors are all very friendly. the gym has all the equipment you will need. even has a little soft play which is only £2 with an ease card.
Made very welcome by the indoor bowling club who have excellent accessible facilities. good parking with overflow across the road. modern facilities. pity there isn't a functioning cafe.
10k runner's running for themselfs and charities from the north east. 15th run and over 2200 fantastic people doing there best. fired of by the mayor and council, sponsored by bernicia and north tyneside council. the good that these peolpe do ripples into our community's and the human effort is a sight to be hold. well done all.
