After booking a taxi which I had to wait an hour for it still was late over 15 min and receptionist did not answer my calls knowing I had called not once but 5 times as a woman do not get this taxi if safety is priority mortally foaming with it won't be using them again
As always the Taxi turned up on time, driver was very friendly and easy going, only company I use now. If you're in the Newcastle area forget the rest, use the best. NE taxis every time
I would like to thank NE Taxis for the brilliant service from their driver Kate who supported my autistic daughter on her first taxi ride on her own. She was very nervous and anxious but they made everything easy for us and now she has the confidence to travel alone in future .
