Cycle King Northampton

I dropped my sons bicycle for repairs yesterday afternoon, I was advised what the costs might be or what the repairs/parts might be. I received a text from them today the bike is ready. Went to collect the bike and there was NO CHARGE. Bike is repaired properly and they didn’t even charge me. Brilliant service and communication.

Brought daughters bike from here… 1st time looking inside and there was plenty to choose from. Staff was nice. I was shocked that we had to buy and come back as didn’t realise they have a bike checked before cycling off on it.
