Great team wasn't expecting me

Assigned Route1 by Willow & Hall to deliver our love seat. They were excellent- accommodating, thoughtful and efficient, solutions rather than problem driven so everything was achieved with ease!

Zero sense of urgency, took over 4 hours to load. FLT driver clearly does not give a hoot. Joke of a place. Will not be back here that's for sure!
