I was very pleased with the work done by Luke - advising on a broken oven, and installing a new one. He was prompt replying to messages, came out when he said he would, and gave good advice (he is clearly very knowledgeable). He also had good advice about my own business, which he was happy to discuss. I definitely recommend him.

3days before xmas and my oven blew its element. And although luke was fully booked till after christmas, he did his upmost to advise me on another repairer, and how to do it myself if i thought i was capable. Can't fault him for this and thats why he gets 5stars even though he didnt actually do any work for me.
