Northwood have been very professional over the course of my tenancy. they respond quickly to emails and are very proactive when it comes to fixing any issues with the house. would definitely use them again were i to live in norwich at some point down the line.
I have had such a wonderful experience working with northwood on a property in norwich. they are kind, considerate and great with responding in a timely manner. it was an absolute dream and i 100% recommend northwood!
Excellent service! renting from northwood has been a breeze from start to finish. they're always easy to reach and very quick at sorting out any problems. peggy, who we mostly dealt with, was always friendly and really helpful. overall, renting with them has been great and i'd definitely use them again and ofcourse recommend!
