GREAT GYM. I was in Norwich for a month for work so needed a gym. NHF is a great facility for anyone who likes functional fitness with enough resistance equipment too. It ticks all boxes- free weights, fixed resistance machines and a nice open space for functional training. Kevin was very friendly and welcoming.
