Great gym. i was in norwich for a month for work so needed a gym. nhf is a great facility for anyone who likes functional fitness with enough resistance equipment too. it ticks all boxes- free weights, fixed resistance machines and a nice open space for functional training. kevin was very friendly and welcoming.
