Wonderful store, excellent service and products. The lovely staff at the Norwich Castle Quarter store went out of their way to deliver extraordinary service for me and my dog over the Christmas holidays. Plus, my dog absolutely loves their toys and treats.

Very helpful and polite. Stocked the product I was looking for. Very personable and happy to order so I can stock up for a month on the grain free wet cat food our cats are fed.
