Absolutely first class from meeting kane, comms from helen, to the lads installing it. can't say enough good things about our experience. would absolutely recommend trent refrigeration. we paid a fair price for an excellent service. thank you all.

Trent refrigeration replaced an old ac system with a new system for our home. they were just what you want from a company that is doing work in your home. they arrived when they said they would, really thought about the issues and our priorities before quoting, and the installation was quick and efficient. everything was left clean and tidy. thank you!

Very pleased with my domestic air con install. the whole process was very smooth and easy from the start. initial visit by kane to find out our requirements was really helpful and thorough with all questions answered. very impressed with the install by sam and alex too - a very neat and tidy job. also great communications with the office throughout - we needed to rearrange our install date and the team were very accommodating. would definitely recommend.

Absolutely magnificent. we had a few quotes but kane was the only one that came out to see others rather than quote by email. a full site survey and a report, he said they won't be the cheapest as they are so efficient but it turned out their price was really competitive anyway. all of the comms with helen and kane were first class and of a really professional standard. on the day we had the magnificent sam and max fitting who were both really professional, considerate, neat and utterly lovely. they came at the time they said they would and finished ahead of the quoted time. sam and max were so neat and were constantly hoovering and cleaning and by the time you had left you wouldn't know anything had been touched. they even moved the sofa back for me which was so kind. lovely chaps. the company is a breath of fresh air (no pun intended)
