Paul was very helpful getting my tubeless wheels sorted after buying some sealant. 100% recommend.

Booked in for a bike fit with phil the fitter, he’s super knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble, got my knee position dialled in nicely after playing around with my cleats and now feel strong in my new position.can’t recommend enough. plus the store team were super accommodating also very knowledgeable on all products, sizes needed! will be visiting again soon in the future!

Once again great work and support from the guys at the specialized concept store nottingham. this is the only place our son's bike will ever go, as the guys there are a great help with bike knowledge, advice and always manage to fix the bike every time anything breaks after the trails. as we are new to biking they are thankfully an oracle of advice and support. thank you

Evan is an absolute credit to your store! he's knowledgeable... providing opinion but backing it up with experience and examples. he's generous with his time... answering all of my wife's questions about the different gear systems, different sized frames, different battery sizes, different colours, etc etc without showing any impatience. he's helpful... printing out different specs so we could compare, researched the height guide for frames, sorted the bike out so we could go out for a test ride. t could not be more excited to pick up her new specialized como soon!! we cannot thank evan enough - he was brilliant.
