Service above and beyond our expectations! As Dave had promised us that the blinds would be fitted before Christmas and the couriers were struggling to deliver on time, Dave drove all the way to the manufacturers in Northampton and picked them up himself! Within an hour of returning, Dave called to say that John would be with us within half an hour to fit the blinds - that's what I call service! Very happy with the quality of the blinds and John's workmanship in fitting them.

I was recommended to crustal blinds from my initial phone call to john and then Dave coming and measuring all my windows and giving me the choice with or with out chains and assured me of the safety to my grandchildren , to fitting I can not thank them enough they have transformed my home, customer service is phenomenal, I decided to have a roller blind In my bathroom and the change in my home is amazing, from the bottom of my heart thank you guys will be recommending you to all my friends and family ❤️
