Awesome and beautifully presented hot drinks. great flavour from the coffee and hot chocolate. great setting in the building with a great atmosphere. unfortunately it was a little too busy when we arrived and so it was very cramped with little space to move to get to the table. the table also had old coffee cups on it for some time and i had to remove them myself as the staff were too busy to catch up. staff were however very friendly and always smiling
Great course presented by ligi as an intro to coffee! totally recommended and what a great place for a coffee & bite to eat - looking forward to latte art!!
Food n drink is reliably great, but it’s not a cheap place and the service is warm and lovely, but very very slow, even outside peak times. it’s hot, too dark and very loud. if you’re neurotypical i’m sure this is a great place, but it’s definitely not one for neurodivergent friends. also “yes, we have a disabled toilet, it’s upstairs!” “no, we don’t have a lift”,, so you don’t have a disabled toilet then? “we do!” hell to navigate the cafe floor in my chair anyway tbf
A brilliant little nook in the centre of nottingham. staff are friendly and accommodating. atmosphere is great. drinks are beautifully made, and food is delicious. i was recommended to try the chocolate banana loaf, it's delicious and now my go to order! three tables are accessable from the entrance without encountering stairs, though all toilets are upstairs. with background jazzy music and charging ports near most seats, this cafe is a great spot to study, play cards, or catch up with friends.
200 degrees but it’s hard to feel the heat at this coffee den. the atmosphere is enjoyable but the coffee was far too bitter for me. i know everyone has different tastes but what i don’t like is no amex being accepted! i’d come back again but wouldn’t make it a regular haunt unfortunately!
