Mobile Lab - intu Victoria

My iPhone had stopped working, went to vodaphone who wouldn’t even charge it up for me & very unhelpful…Went straight to Mobile Lab in Vic centre (served by Arron) who couldn’t have been more helpful & kind! Fixed in minutes! Will definitely be back if I have any issues in the future! Brilliant service!

Recently my phone hasn’t been charging and I believed something was stuck in the charging port. I first took it to KRCS and they confirmed it to be true and said it would cost £29 to clean it!!! I couldn’t believe how much they were charging so thought I’d try mobile lab to see what there prices would be. I spoke to Aaron and he said he’d do it for FREE!!! after 2mins of work he’d cleaned it all out and tested it for me to make it worked. I would 100% recommend this place for any problems you may have with your devices.

Excellent service. I took in my phone, which wasn't charging properly, and he had it fixed and working in less than 5 minutes. Arron's customer service was brilliant, he explained the problem as he fixed it and saved me so much money. If you're having any issues with your phone, go to Mobile Lab, Vic Centre, I'm so glad I did.

Nipped in to get my phone charging port repaired that I'd been putting off for months and expected it to not be cheap. Thankfully, Arron had a quick look and managed to pull out loads of lint from the port and didn't even charge me! It's hard to find a reliable phone repair business but i'll be straight back here whenever i need things sorting in the future. Thanks for the great service!

Came here today to have my speaker fixed on my phone, I didn't get the man's name but he was lovely. He sorted my speaker out and tested it before I left to make sure it was working and we sat and had a chat while he was fixing it, he even cleaned up the questionable job that was done elsewhere on my phone a few years back when I had my screen replaced 😂 really happy with the service and great price too. Definitely recommend and will use in the future
