*Would Highly Recommend*. I don't normally leave reviews so the fact I have here should carry a little emphasis. :) My wife emailed regarding a new desk top and received a nice quick reply inviting us in to have a look/chat. Went in and I can honestly say it was a hassle free experience from start to finish. I asked about products available and was asked what I'd be doing with the pc. I was given price options of new and refurbished was not given the hard sell and was even advised around what I didn't need rather than taking advantage and have me buy things needlessly. Machine has been set up and works perfectly. Brilliant turnaround of 24hrs from going in to picking up. Cannot fault in any way.

I recently had my desktop machine of nearly ten years begin to breakdown, having to manage repairs for a machine I have so much data and reliance on is always stressful. I can't stand the prospect of having to consult with a bigger company like Currys where I can't be sure the person I'm explaining my situation to is going to be the same one working on my machine so it's always a relief to find small, independent computer shops like South Notts Computers still doing business and maintaining a comparable - if not far superior - standard of professionalism than you might expect from a big name chain store. I explained the issues I was having in detail to the gentleman on the phone and there was clear communication throughout the repair process. Within the day I dropped the machine off they were promptly in contact once they understood the problem. They explained the procedure to restore the machine to functionality and were clear about the costs (which were excellent value!) once I'd agreed to the plan they had outlined they set to work and in no less than two days it was ready for collection. It's been working absolutely seamless ever since, no more sudden blue screens, no more getting stuck in ten minute loops when trying to shut down. If you're having PC struggles and you're in the area, these lads will get the job sorted. Strongly recommended!

i recently came to this shop to get a new case and new cpu fan. as you can see from the before and after pictures it looks incredible. they did not overcharge me and they made sure everything was in working order! 10/10 from these lads. would recommend this location for anyone having any troubles with their computers, phones, etc. will definitely be going back if i need anything they were great.
