I have been going through a tough and long winded process in selling my house due to solicitors and I was so impressed with how Shannon had gone out of her way to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for me. She was the only reason I was able to complete the process so efficiently even with all the hiccups. I also really appreciated Sara being able to meet me at my property when needed and assisted me with key exchange of tenants when I wasn't in the area. Excellent service from Shanna at the Nottingham branch. Responded very quickly to my first email enquiry, arranging a viewing for the following afternoon. Very friendly and relaxed viewing and was honest about the property and the landlord. This helped to convince me to apply for the flat which I did within ten minutes of viewing. At this point I expected to wait 2-3 weeks for everything to be checked and finalised. It was in fact offered to me the following day then signed, sealed and I had the keys in under 7 days! Amazing work from Bairstow Eves. This is the second time I have rented a property through them and I can thoroughly recommend their services. Thank you Shanna
