I had the pleasure of working with Campions Solicitors and specifically with Mikey, the trainee solicitor who handled my matter as well as Stephen who responded to my initial enquiry.. Communication was outstanding, with regular updates and quick responses to my inquiries. Mikey's friendly and approachable demeanor, was also great. He explained the process to me and was kind enough to call me when requested. Mikey was 5 stars, The 4 stars is due to the initial delay caused by the onboarding team. By way of feedback, I think a more seamless or basic onboarding process (especially for a relatively simple instruction) would be better
