We could not recommend this company enough. We rang Jack on the Thursday afternoon and he came out that Saturday to quote. We explained that we had a ridiculously tight time frame that we wanted the fence up in - the following Wednesday in 3 days time, and we were very specific in what we wanted. Jack's team, Martin & Rich ,I believe, came early and stayed later than we would have expected to ensure the job was not only completed on time but actually ahead of the time frame, taking only two days from start to finish. Also, they had to work with no existing fencing in place, and to drill through concrete and rubble to put the posts in. In addition to this, they actually did a spot of gardening levelling out where we had had a tree taken down. We are so happy with our new fence, and the professionalism and friendliness of the team. Found Ace Fencing through a google search and noticed a local home had work completed by the team. Contacted via the website, quick to respond and came as arranged to measure and quote. Team came to do the job - very polite and professional and did a great job for a great price. Cannot fault it - will definitely be a returning customer and have recommended to family and friends. Update Jan 2019 - We did manage to get the problems resolved and the gate was replaced in December 2018. A gate fitted in May 2018 warped significantly during the 2 weeks after fitting. Despite contacting repeatedly and being told it would be fixed we were still chasing after 3 months. Not the quality of product or customer service we had expected.

Flawless service by Jack and the team, they made everything as easy as possible for us, sourcing and collecting additional materials as needed, and refused to cut corners where others would. They're a credit to their trade and look forward to having them back to do our patio and lawn.
