A.W Lymn worked so hard to make my mums funeral special after we were let down by another director. Joyce at the Aspley Nottingham office was amazing and so comforting. They all pulled together so we didn't have to change the date and time and nothing was ever too much. Julia led my mums day and what a great job she did. Everyone at Lymns were all so professional and the offices very clean. Whilst I don't hope it's anytime soon I would def use Lymns again if needed

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking such great care of my dear sister Natalie. Jahnet from the Aspley branch is the kindest lady, i know Natalie would have loved her. I knew from the first moment of meeting Jahnet that she was always going to take care of my little sister. Not only does she make sure that Natalie has her coffee in the morning (at my request) but she took time to learn more about Natalie and what kind of person she was. Jahnet has been just what we needed. She has looked after us so incredibly well and i am so pleased you have someone has wonderful as Jahnet to meet families in such difficult times. Julia was just as helpful. I honestly do not think i have the words right now. Edward (director) from West bridgford and his drivers were incredible. They were so kind, they had all the right words and even my hand at one point. Each one of them looked after me, they each offered worda of reassurance and comfort. They were the perfect team, very understanding and all wanted to help wherever they could. Natalie would have loved everything about her final journey! Lymns is the only place in Nottingham for a funeral! Thank you so much everyone

We lost our little baby back in September 2022 so decided to go with Lymns on Nuthall Road to arrange her funeral. It has taken a while to get back on track with life so this is why I am only writing this 8 months down the line. We want to say the biggest thank you to Jahnet who was absolutely amazing throughout. Jahnet was very attentive, professional, empathetic and caring. A very lovely lady who is definitely in the right job. We will always recommend Lymns and Jahnet to anybody. She made our daughter’s funeral perfect. Everything was absolutely spot on and baby girl had an amazing send off. Thank you for everything you all do.

We recently had the need to use Lymns service. I had never given any thought to which funeral directors I would use but when the need arises again I will definitely choose and recommend Lymns. In April we lost a much loved family member and they looked after him so well. From the day he was picked up he was treated with dignity and respect. Myself and my son were looked after and guided so well at such a sad and upsetting time. Jahnet at the Aspley branch was amazing, she felt like an old friend she was so easy to talk to, she made my son feel at ease and nothing was to much trouble, can’t thank her enough. On the day of the funeral Ed led the way, him and the team on the day did a wonderful job. Thank you to everyone at Lymns that looked after use through our difficult time.
