Rose and Charlie are very helpful and cheerful in the morning while Penny McKay keep me up and energetic throughout my Blaze and cyclone classes. All around great atmosphere to be in the morning and I love coming. Would recommend with the brilliant staff here (plus the new locker rooms coming)
