Formula One Gym

I lived in Nottingham for over 10 years and trained there all the time, I also joined their spinning classes and running club from time to time. The gym is very clean and very well run. Thanks alot peeps, I had some great times training at Formula One Gym.

An amazing gym in the center of Nottingham!!! It is very convenient to go before or after work. Great staff very friendly and smiling!! Always there to help you. A big variety of equipment to choose from. There are showers and big changing area. I’m very excited about the classes and super happy with Zumba. What I really like most is the sunbed the best price in Nottingham! Also I enjoy fresh protein shake. Really happy with this gym.

I do Love this gym. It's location is great in the heart of the city centre. It has ladies-only floor which is comfortable. No contract membership. And it provides free induction which is great for beginners. But it's not large and the changing room needs improvement because there's no separate rooms and shower rooms are without doors! Just a single curtain for the three shower rooms!

I've been coming to this gym for 10 years now and haven't ever found an better gym. The staff are caring, respectful, warm, professional and responsive. I love that there's a mixed gym as well as a women's-only gym. There's a great community spirit where members support one another, and the weights aren't just dropped/thrown everywhere as in so many other gyms. Thanks again Formula One.

Highly recommend! Avoid corporate chains and give this one a go and very cheap membership. (The Following comes as standard) The initial induction to the gym involves a physical assessment including blood pressure, HR recovery rate and manual/professional body composition measurement. After booking for the following session you talk to the PT about your goals and the workout he has personalized for you. Really really impressed and a massive shout out to malakai (PT) for his expertise and professionalism.
