I have worked within the health care sector for over 13 years and this company has got to be one of the best i've worked for. they have a professional and compassionate approach towards staff and service users! they recognise hard work and it's rewarded, i have seen management go out of their way to ensure staff feel supported and valued. very supportive and happy environment!
