Roger Knott-Fayle Hypnotherapy in Nottingham NG5

I've had hypnotherapy with Roger for 6 sessions. I was slightly apprehensive before starting as I wondered whether it would produce any positive effects and whether it would be worth the money. I've often come away from the sessions full of excitement and a readiness to face my fears and doubts. Although this is a wonderful feeling in itself, it's the deeper rooted lessons I have learned which are worth more than anything. I've been to counselors, a psychiatrist and a support worker in the past. All of these have been really useful and I'm eternally grateful to them. The difference with hypnotherapy is that rather than just talking about my issues and gaining advice, I have been able to visit my "past self" and observe her, comfort her and absorb her into my present self without her fears. Roger was also great at spotting the positives in my personality and my strengths. He has helped me to gain some understanding and love for myself. He also helped me to combat some social issues which I can now see in a completely different light. Now I'm confident that I no longer need to fear the future but to actually look forward to it with a sense of clarity. I've gained happiness which I haven't honestly felt in a long time, and what more could I ever ask for than that?
