Wow what an amazing experience I had buying my first posh watch. Paula was absolutely brilliant , she had so much knowledge about the watch , she was super friendly and made this the best experience ever !!! I've been to many jewellers before and they weren't a patch on this one:) Will definitely shop here again. Thank you so much Paula and Berrys jewellers:)

Thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the team today in Berry’s. Huge shoutout to Sean who sat down with me and my dad next door in their omega boutique then again next door to look at various other brands. Nothing was too much, we asked numerous questions and needed our watches tweaked for size several times to get it right. We were sat down promptly with a drink of our choice and service was polite and with a smile. I would highly recommend Sean utterly professional and knowledgable in his field.

I went to Berry's in Nottingham to buy a watch in November 22 because they are independent. The service was excellent from Andrew and I bought the watch I wanted. two weeks ago the clasp jammed while I was wearing it so I contacted Berry's and spoke to Ashley. They released the watch and ordered a new clasp, which arrived in 3 days. Andrew fitted it and handed me my watch, all under warranty. Their service is excellent, knowledgable, seamless, very friendly and totally customer focussed. A pleasure to do business with them. We will be back.

For twenty years I walked past Berry’s finding the place super intimidating. How wrong I was. Verity was absolutely amazing during my purchase of a Tudor Black Bay and not only were the staff amazing I met a great customer also. Lovely place and I hope Berry’s know that thanks to Verity I now have a Tudor addiction. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else for watches. Verity please grab me a chronograph and I’m probably going to get a JLC too
