visited the store at the weekend and was took back by how wonderful Holly and Gina was to us. first class service made us feel so relaxed offered us a drink and made us feel so relaxed. even cleaned one of rings for free which was a nice touch as it was a family ring and was very precious. one of the best retail experience i have ever had and that coming from someone who has worked in retail for many years is saying something. Overall brilliant won,t go anywhere else again
