My husband purchased my engagement and subsequently our wedding bands & wedding bracelet from Temprell over 7 years ago. The service at the time was exceptional with Raun working closely with will to create my bespoke ring of dreams which arrived beautifully boxed and packaged. 7 years later & the team are still brilliant. Having accidentally damaged my ring (my fault entirely!) Raun has restored it to new and arranged for it to be returned to me in record time. Every aspect of the service was amazing. Leanne helped me to design a custom engraved wedding ring to match my unique engagement ring. She was excited about the idea which made me feel instantly comfortable going with Temprell. She helped with design ideas and made mock ups on photoshop so I could visualise what the final product would look like. She kept me informed regularly with the progress of my ring and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the ring and engraving is amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Saw a ring in the window of the shop which I liked the style of but not exactly how I wanted it to be. Went in and asked if they could make the ring again with different stones and gold instead of silver band. They got it done in no time for me before my holiday. Couldn't recommend them enough honestly!

Leanne at Temprell helped my fiancé and I with our wedding rings. She was so helpful and friendly from the first visit, right up to collecting our rings. My ring is bespoke where it was moulded to fit the shape of my engagement ring and with hand engraved scroll and leaf. Leanne talked me through the whole process, sought reference images and made sure I was happy with the pattern before sending it to be engraved. Communication with Leanne was always easy, she would respond quickly and reassuringly, and at no point did she make us feel pressured or rushed. We are both really happy with our rings and highly recommend Temprell as a company.
