Old Market Square

Stopped by for coffee and cake. Coffee great, cake not so good but only because I prefer cakes and tray bakes to be baked fresh on the day. We're having a heatwave, and cake kept in fridge so may just have to go back and try again when weather is less hot

It was a lovely place. Exceptionally busy due to the Christmas Market and celebrations. I would suggest a few more litter bins while the event is on and signs for where the toilets are.

This huge square is the heart of the city, To an extent it's just a modern open space with chain shops surrounding. However, the impressive "Council House" local authority building towers above, and an open space in the centre is great for seasonal initiatives such as a Christmas market, an artificial beach & pool, etc., which I've seen here over the years.

A bit crowded on weekends. Nice place to visit with family. Can click great photos if its a sunny day.

We’ve had a wonderful day at Ay up market in Old market Square Nottingham. There's a lot of shops and entertainment happening there. Owesome and beautiful day.
