Very professional service at a fair cost, had multiple locks changed by 1st Access. Had a an issue with one lock 18months after it was changed, and they kindly came out to sort it out very quickly. Thank you guys.

Amazing service! We had problem with our lift-up handle mechanism. Another locksmith told us whole thing needs replacing and it would be more than £200. This guy (sorry I don't remember the name) fixed it for £65! I'm supper happy thank you :)

Called 1st Access Locksmiths this morning at 10.20am, as I had a ‘serious’ issue with UPVC front door not locking properly which was causing concern! Their phone was answered promptly and a staff family member (son) said he would be with me at 11.00am …brilliant…! The problems were found, rectified, door realigned and job completed within 40 minutes at a very respectable price! Absolutely 💯 % satisfaction, 1st class service in every respect, and a real credit to the family business! I would definitely recommend this independent family business if you ever need a locksmith!
