Having been quoted £250 per window for mechanism repairs, I contacted Grays Locksmith. Prior to my repair appointment, Grays emailed me, outlining all potential costs. On the day of the visit, as promised, I was phoned in advance. Alex and Jody, who attended, were so efficient and polite, explaining what they were doing at every step. I now have two perfectly working window openings, at a fraction of what I was quoted by others, with replacement parts guaranteed for a year. Highly recommended!

I was fortunate enough to call them. Locked myself out in fancy dress and two kids. Jody came in no time ( around half an hour) and opened the door with his skills ( my door is very sturdy and fancy) . He charged me less because he did not have to damage the whole door . Honest and clean and highly skilled in his work. I would not myself to be in the situation again but would highly recommend Grays locksmiths. Thank you Jody.

Needed to get some work completed related to fire doors that had been picked up during a final Building Control inspection. Grays attended promptly and surveyed the works, the timescale from survey to installation was exceptional. Luke who attended to complete the works did so to a very high standard arriving early and ensuring that the area was clean at the end of each day.
