Excellent service from a very professional chap. arrived almost immediately (couldn't believe how quick he got here!) and managed to allow me access to the house as unfortunately my youngest had misplaced our keys during a walk! locks were changed very quickly and he even gave me some spares just in case! thank you so much for helping out a really stressed momma! highly recommend
Had an issue with a door as it was locked shut. turned up about 30 mins after calling. had a quick look at the issue and gave a price. he asked if we wanted to go ahead with the price quoted. did not try to be pushy about it. it was very stubborn to open so a second guy had to come out at no extra charge. new door mechanism and lock fitted. clean up after and cleaned the door down. fantastic service. well recommend.
Called on a sunday afternoon and he was there within 30 minutes. he was professional and was obviously very good at his job and got us back into our house worryingly fast and luckily upgraded our lock. will certainly recommend.
