Richard from LS Locksmiths offered to come out straight away when I called for a upvc door repair, he inspected the door properly before giving a quote and the issues were as we suspected. He gave an estimate there which was a very reasonable, and also good advice for long term use. Thankfully the issues were not more costly than his original inspection and he was able to come out the next morning to repair it. The door is fantastic now never had such a smooth closing door! We lost the keys to a flat and had no spare keys. Richard came out within 20 minutes, gained entry and fitted a new lock. Great friendly service and price! Fast and efficient.

Brilliant service. Replied on a bank holiday asking did I need him immediately. Came the next morning as booked, job completed, all secure. Copy invoiced me via email and informed me who botched the previous repair at my dads, enabling me to claim back a refund from Halls. Will use his service again.
