Having been unable to reply to Jan Doughty on the google review, I wish to comment as one of the partners at Barratts Solicitors. I wanted to express our disappointment that you felt our service did not meet our usual high standards when John Measures handled your case. I have had Julie Hardy represent me in a very challenging battle, she has showed nothing but compassion and empathy throughout and has always listened to my concerns with constant support and understanding. Every obstacle put before us was removed with her professionalism and expertise! I got an apology from the people we were fighting and a settlement at the earliest opportunity.
