Having been unable to reply to jan doughty on the google review, i wish to comment as one of the partners at barratts solicitors. i wanted to express our disappointment that you felt our service did not meet our usual high standards when john measures handled your case. john left the business several years ago and we have been in touch about your case but cannot comment further for confidentiality reasons.our client service is extremely important to us and we are pleased to note that independant legal reviews (legal 500 and chambers) continue to rank the firm as top in the midlands with only specialist senior lawyers handling personal injury and clinical negligence cases.

I have had julie hardy represent me in a very challenging battle, she has showed nothing but compassion and empathy throughout and has always listened to my concerns with constant support and understanding. every obstacle put before us was removed with her professionalism and expertise! i got an apology from the people we were fighting and a settlement at the earliest opportunity. she and her secretary angela have been absolutely wonderful. with the most challenging time of my life, i feel that without the support and professional advise i would of given up. i couldn’t recommend a better team to help me through it. thank you bgt solicitors for everything. 100% recommend their services as they are very approachable :) karen
