My wife visited here for an ID1 form to be signed and filled out, she says Rosalyn Thompson was ultra friendly and very professional - the service was quick, 10 to 15 minutes, warm and welcoming despite being a very low earning service, they even offered to send the ID1 form for us via DX post free of charge.
