There was a bit of a wait however they use a virtual queue system which was great. The staff member who helped me, Liam, was super helpful in getting my new phone set up. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything.

I was seen by Roy and I have never experienced such great customer service. I had a very difficult situation with my phone and he sorted everything out and gave me a great deal on a new contract. Couldn’t recommend him anymore!!! Thank you Roy 😇😇😇

The staff were brilliant! Ive never had a phone contract before so was a bit apprehensive but the staff were great in explaining about different phone models and what plan would work best for me. I had previously visited another phone shop to have a browse and felt the staff were pushy with them immediately trying to pressure you into an expensive offer however I really felt the staff here wanted to help make sure I was getting a plan and product that worked for me even if it wasn't a high end product with all the add ons. Great experience, great staff and the best value plan I could find :)

Didn't feel the salesperson was really interested in discussing in depth about the phones and contracts.
