From start to finish was not stressful. had an amazing lady called carol who helped me to choose my glasses. was very patient with me as i had no clue what style i wanted
First point i searched the internet and, as normal, what i liked is not available at the shop. the pair i choose were put aside and when i came to finalize the purchase no one knew were they were. the billing left me puzzled and like my vision unclear. all in all the service was acceptable but seemed a little loose and disconnected. for the price of the frames the final bill seemed high. could not make out if i had been charged for the test which i thought for me was free. will go again.
Simone from your nottingham branch was very pleasant and helpful, she listened to me and helped me make the decision on which frames to have. also simone fixed my existing glasses for me and nothing was too much trouble. i had a very good experience and i am pleased with my choice of frames which are red and quite daring!
