Initially wasn't impressed with the prolonged processes, lack of communication and back and forth between dentist and orthodontist to get my daughter's braces fitted. There have been recent changes amongst their lead practitioners and my experience is vastly improved. They are proactively and effectively communicating with me and the dentist and are moving things along much quicker. From recent interactions I'm much happier with the treatment my daughter is receiving.

I was referred by my dentist to this centre as a private patient for bite correction and teeth straightening and would highly recommend then for their expertise in this field. The complexity and effort required was significant and the pricing was clear, transparent and very good value. The orthodentist was great and very experienced and has done an amazing job! It was easy to get an appointment and the service at reception was great too.

It's a lot better than before, when we had to deal with frequent calls from them asking to cancel our appointments due to a regular turnover of orthodontists. The receptionist and dentists are polite and professional and overall we've had a good service.
