Booked the appointment quickly by email (I'm tricky to get hold of on the phone), came out the same week after arranging through emails (Craig responds to all messages and quickly). Excellent and friendly service. Craig arrived on time and used a large mat to protect my tiled floor whilst he was working. After just over 2 hours my gas hob, double oven and extractor fan look brand new, as does the grill tray. Well worth the money and will definitely use every so often for a good deep clean.
