Leon Shaw Painting & Decorating

I have used Leon for my Interior Design business for many years and the work is always of an extremely high standard. I always recommend him to family, friends and customers. His team are always polite and cheerful. Paul is probably the best wallpaper hanger in the business.

We used Leon Shaw to paint a whole house after a total rebuild in Mapperley. park. After previous experiences with builders / decorators, it was actually a pleasure to employ them. The work was done to a really high standard, the team were all really polite and friendly, they turned up when they said they would and kept to schedule. Leon offered sound advice and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the finished job. Work was within budget. We were so pleased that I used them for my work premises as well, and then they came back and freshened the house up with a go over before we put it on the market. Definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use them again

Leon and his team delivered an excellent service with great communication. They were very professional and considerate whilst carrying out the decorating. They painted the whole house inside and out to an excellent standard, we are so pleased with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

Leon and his guys have been decorating for us for the past 18mths, slowly going through our house and making a splendid job of it as well. If you'd rather not read all of this review, spoiler alert... "We'd really like to recommend LSP&D to you all". We can all buy the rollers and brushes, and have a crack at this ourselves, but if you're running a business and working all the hours to make that a success... you really want someone to come and take all the stress of that mess and back ache away from you in my mind. Plus, let's be honest, if you get the right people, like Leon and co, they'll also make a much better job of it. Their knowledge and attention to detail is excellent, working with you and the room to get the best outcome, being able to offer ideas and suggestions that most people wouldn't have thought of. Leon's a nice guy to deal with, quotes fairly and explains everything and all options. He won't the be the cheapest, that's not his target audience. He wants people to employ his company who know that doing a good job takes skilled workers time and effort to accomplish, and that's what you get with Leon. Oh, and very important this one...no mess! Unlike nearly every previous experience of having work done on various houses over the past 30yrs, Leon and his lads make sure they leave your house tidy, and understand that's an important element to the whole experience. So, get them booked in, but not too quickly as we want ours finishing first. :). Ed
