Really helpful over the phone and gave me advice on what to do overnight to manage a wasp nest I’d disturbed during renovations. Told me they’d come first thing the next morning and I’d be first on the list - which I took with a pinch of salt and expected to be waiting as with most services! But I was wrong! Arrived on time and called to give me 20 minutes notice. Really prompt service, Andrew was really professional & took time to advise me on what to do/ what the process was. Really reasonably priced for the service provided. Would 100% recommend!
