Really helpful over the phone and gave me advice on what to do overnight to manage a wasp nest i’d disturbed during renovations. told me they’d come first thing the next morning and i’d be first on the list - which i took with a pinch of salt and expected to be waiting as with most services! but i was wrong! arrived on time and called to give me 20 minutes notice. really prompt service, andrew was really professional & took time to advise me on what to do/ what the process was. really reasonably priced for the service provided. would 100% recommend!
