Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Saw James who was very knowledgeable and friendly and solved my problem within a couple of visits. My shoulder/arm was in agony and I could not move it or put weight on it. James treated me and gave me exercises to do at home to help. I feel like he was a miracle worker! Thank you James.

James is amazing... I had been suffering with pain in my left arm, hand and ring finger and wasn't able to even touch my phone with my index finger without pain... He discovered that the likely culprit was the thoracic outlet and instructed me to do exercises every day... It took a lot of exercises, and 5-6 months later, the pain has gone... I'm able to use my phone normally again (I try to limit my use now)... So, if you're having pain, do not fear.. James is here... Book him NOW! If you're reading this James... Amazing team headed by James all staff are brilliant, I’ve been going here over 20 years including with James’s Mum Helen in East Bridgford. You will feel incredible after treatment & you can get on with your every day life. I am currently still receiving treatment, and I feel much better every time I come out of my physio session. If I was able to attend weekly again, I would. Due to my doing well, I started attending fortnightly. If my circumstances were different, I would happily attend every week again!
