Leak Response

I chose allan on the strength of all the positive reviews on here and i was not disappointed. he was efficient in arranging an agreed time to attend to the leaking cistern at my daughters house. he came on time and was a lovely person, explaining the job as he went. my daughter now feels happy that she can call on allan again should she need to.

Allan was absolutely amazing help when my boiler went. even though he couldn’t help solve the issue himself, he helped me find out the route to the problem and guided me on the next steps. will 100% use leak response for every plumbing issue.

I called allan when british gas failed to help me identify a leak. he came the same day and checked various places before confirming the leak was actually from the neighbours. he refused to charge me despite the time and advice. he will definitely be my first choice for any plumbing work i need doing in future.
