Chloe and her team were superb throughout our house purchase, working to tight deadlines imposed by the seller as well as navigating complex financing to get the deal over the line in just 4 weeks. The team even made sure they stayed until close of play on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend to complete so we could move in.

I have used Landsmiths twice in around 6 months. The first to purchase commercial premises, the second my house. In both instances Alison and Alicia were first class. I am sure she won't thank me for saying this(...!) but Alicia exchanged contracts on my house purchase in 11 working days, which was much needed given the fierce competition.
