I purchased a property through Shakespeare Martineau the process took longer than expected due to a number of reasons beyond Shakespeare Martineau's control. The experience was made easier and more comfortable by the fact Raza kept in constant communication and was very thorough and attentive to detail. I used Shakespeare Martineau to sell a property in London last year and purchase a property in Nottingham this year on both occasions Raza Ali was our solicitor . I would highly recommend his work. At all times he made an effort to explain the process and was clear about costs, giving us clear advice. Most importantly he always responded to questions and queries on the day, or soon after. He liased effectively with other parties and helped to negotiate the process to a good outcome.

I received excellent service from Raza Ali of Shakespeare Martineau in seeing this property sale through. There were two other solicitors involved, acting for the purchaser and the Landlord, who were not always as timely or on top of matters as one might have wished. Nevertheless, my own input into the sale process was kept to minimum. Despite my absence on holiday, we were able to communicate effectively in the last few days of the process and achieve exchange and completion promptly on my return.
