BG Removals & Storage

Last Sunday was my relocation day, and I was relieved that everything went without a hitch and that nothing was lost or broken. I appreciate the BG Removals & Storage team very much; they were excellent. I'd like to recommend their offerings. I was happy with the cost and the way the work was done. Worthy of five stars.

DEFINITELY WILL USE BASHIR AND HIS TEAM AGAIN! Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Bashir to help us move from the Vale of Belvoir in Leicestershire/Notts border to Devon. I got three quotes in, and whilst BG Removals was not the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for. One company did not get back to me, one company from difficult to contact but Bashir’s customer service was brilliant. He responded almost instantly via WhatsApp, sometimes even late at night when I had a question (sorry mate). My partner and I decided to keep our costs down, to pack everything ourselves. Our village in Stathern has extremely skinny streets, and our house is located up a lane that required a very skilful driver. Bashir’s brother (Sher) reversed the massive 18tonne truck (which I later found out has 16 gears) like the professional that he is and made it look easy. He arrived bang on time, and after introductions and explanations on how his team would operate they were into it! Protective floor coverings were laid down to protect our carpets as the lads took our belongings out to the truck, the mattresses were wrapped and stored securely. What I thought would take the guys fours hours was completed in two. Sher, and his two younger helpers were professional, friendly and very respectful throughout the entire move. Health and safety is really important, especially in this industry. Whilst I would have loved to have got everything unloaded that day, due to strict regulations given the distance from the Vale to Devon meant that they had to rest and stay the night once they got to Devon, and at 9am the following morning the boys proceeded to unload, place all of the furniture etc where we wanted it and by 10:30am our entire house had been set up, in beautiful Devon. Moving houses has got to be one of the most stressful things in life, but it doesn’t have to be if you use Bashir and his family run business. I can absolutely recommend BG Removals & Storage and we will definitely be using them again if we move. I hope you guys enjoyed the cake we baked for you, you earned it. Really excellent, helpful service from start to finish. A big family move from Nottingham to the North West could have been terrifying but Bashir and team made it all very easy and stress free. I couldn't fault them in any way and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

Good value, they sent a great team who were efficient and friendly and really went the extra mile. Good value for storage too. Would highly recommend.

From booking through to the team arriving was easy and pain free…. The team worked super hard on day 1 packing and loading everything, then on day 2 they carried everything to where we asked. We have no problems and I would recommend BG Removals to everyone.
